Alerts for disk, temperature, power and service issues can be configured during setup to help you spot potential problems.
Common questions
On-premises or cloud?
It depends on your software and internet connection. Surveillance and large file storage usually stay local; email and business apps are often better hosted.
Do we need a server room?
Space, ventilation and cooling depend on the equipment and workload. We assess heat, dust and power protection before choosing a cabinet or room.
Who looks after it afterwards?
Day-to-day care can stay with your own staff, and any ongoing arrangement is discussed separately. We document the system so whoever takes it on can maintain it.
